It’s been about one and a half years since my brother’s wedding and I STILL dream about those scrumptious lasagna cupcakes by Heirloom LA.  They had flavors like wild boar bolognese and fresh mozzarella, sage/brown butter/and pumpkin with smoked mozzarella, and short ribs with Robiola.  Yummy!!

So today, I present you these simple and easy to make lasagna bolognese cupcakes.  I think they’re so adorable & perfectly sized servings.  Try them at your next dinner party!  (secret to making these super-easy? pre-cut round wonton wrappers!)
